Assumed she was the daughter of 70 year old John Spivey who was living in their household at the time of the 1870 San Augustine County, Texas census. At the time of the 1880 census, she was widowed and living with her daugther and son-in-law, Eliza Ann and James Harvey.

5. Margaret Wade was born about 1856 in Texas; and died.
6. Thomas S.C. Wade was born about 1858 in Texas; and died.
7. Eliza Ann Wade was born after 1862 in Texas; and died.
