Paul Williams notes this is recorded in Paoli, Orange County, Indiana Marriage Book C-8, Pg #450, 29 Sept. 1892. Indiana Birth records also indicate the couple a total of five children, two of whom were either stillborn or who died young.

Paul Williams emailed, on October 3, 2008, that "the original marriage record on Mack Tyree from Crawford County, IN -----Marriage Record Book I Pg. 435 Date 29 Aug 1908. His spouse is Anna Jenkins widows name is?b? ?/b?Curtis per record her husband died in June 1906---no given name mentioned---Anna is the daughter of Elijah & Sarah Jane (Miller) Jenkins....she was born (per book) 30 June 1871 Crawford ,IN ---Mack's surname is spelled as Tirie--it gives his parents as William & Ellen (Forgie) Tirie."

Paul adds that Anna had children (Raymond, Elma and Stella) and by her prior husband that can be seen living with them, and lsited as stepchildren to Mack Tyree, as of the 1910 census.
