In Volume 14 of the same periodical it was noted that he was decorated with the Bronze Star for valor in action in Korea, where he had been for one year.

In 1953, when Volume 16 was published, Mr. and Mrs. Rogers and their then three children were residents of Royal Oak, where Mr. Rogers was connected with Firestone Company.

Volume 19, September 3, 1956 issue of the STRIFFLER-BENKELMAN BROADCAST reported that he was studying at the University of Michigan during the summer, and would be the new principal of the Berkley School in the fall.

According to the SSDI, his last residence was Troy, Oakland, Michigan.
