Helen J. Kolar, 85, of Lincoln, died 2-24-14. Born 6-11-28 in Crete to Joseph M. and Matilda (Papik) Pracheil. Retired lab tech at Beatrice Foods.

Family members include niece, Margie Schneider, Ulysses; great nephew, Gene Schneider, Ulysses; great niece, Sharon Elwin, Corpus Christi, Texas. Preceded in death by husband, Alvin; parents; one brother, one sister, one nephew.

Funeral service: 10 am Thursday (2/27) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 'O' Street. Burial: 1 pm at Bohemian National Cemetery, Milligan. Visitation: 2-7 pm Wednesday at Roper and Sons. Memorials to the family for future designation. Condolences online at roperandsons.com.
