Ancestor's of Linda Kyle? She emailed Melinda Strong in October, 2002 that "I talked on the phone to my great grandmother's granddaughter---she told me that my great grandparents were divorced. That William supposedly went back to Georgia, but then he is shown (in later census reports) living in Texas (and remarried)."

William married Rose Ella Caroline Morgan on 16 Jun 1904 in Jasper County, Texas. Rose (daughter of Rueben L. Morgan and Penelope Caswell) was born on 26 Jun 1861 in Jasper County, Texas; died on 31 Jan 1940 in Jasper County, Texas; was buried in Zion Hill Cemetery, Jasper, Jasper County, Texas. Jackson, and his second wife living in Sabine County, Brookeland, Precinct 3, #103-104, he is 52 years old, indicates that this is his second marriage, married 6 years (ca 1904), farmer, states he was born TX, and parents born AL. His wife is "Arsey" ("R"(osella) "C"(aroline)), 47 years old, her first marriage, no children, born TX, parents born GA.
