Martha Ann Vickers, age 65, passed away Saturday morning, October 15, 2016.

Martha was born December 7, 1950 in Center Texas to Raymond and Pauline Bohannon Lawson.

She was a stay at home house wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas.

She is survived by her husband Jimmy Vickers of Milam, her sons: Mike Vickers and wife Crystal of Sexton, Vance Vickers and wife Johanna of Sexton, Rodolfo Martinez of Slidell, Louisiana and Edgar Martinez of Martinsville, Texas, her daughter Debbie Terry and husband Cooper of Longview, Texas, her brother Joe Lawson and wife Carolyn of Shelbyville, Texas, her sister Mary Vaughn of Longview and her eleven grandchildren: Collin, Connor, Carsen, Logan, Caleb, Laney, Cooper, Carter, Lawson, Tristan and Tatom.

Visitation will be from 6~8pm Monday, October 17, 2016 in the Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr Street in Hemphill, Texas.

Funeral services will be at 11am, Tuesday, October 18, 2016 in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in the Vickers Cemetery ~

Martha married James "Jimmy" Ross Vickers before 1970. James (son of Ross Evans Vickers and Blanche Paunee Lord) was born on 19 Jul 1943 in Shelby County, Texas; died on 29 Mar 2019 in Longview, Gregg County, Texas; was buried in Vance E.
