Survivors include his wife Neasol Powell of Brookeland; son, Columbus B. Powell, Jr. of Brookeland; daughters, Patsy E. Reynolds and Patsy R. Willis, both of Brookeland and Matilda McClelland of Pineland; 6 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren.
