The eldest son of Thomas and Antonia Bednar Divoky. (Milligan, p 260).

Thomas married Marie E. Buzek on 28 Feb 1933. Marie (daughter of Pavel "Paul" Buzek and Anna Marie Braum) was born on 14 Feb 1903 in Turkey Creek, Liberty Township, Saline County, Nebraska; died in Apr 1964. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

Married:
Their first home was made farming the original Divoky place in Saline County. One of the many endeavors Marie and Tom participated in was turning the parlor into a small country store. After leaving the farm the operated the Half-Way Filling Station, located 12 miles east of Milligan. Retiring from the filling station, they settled in Wilber. (Milligan, p 260). They were the parents of Carol Jean Divoky, born in July 1934.
