• Notes

  Married: The couple came to American in 1880, arriving in Baltimore, heading west via Chicago to Exeter. They were met by Frank and Anton Svec. After first working as farm hands for others, they purchased the eighty acres that great grandson Raymond Capek lives on today. The Capek's came to this country with the Herynk family who purchased eighty acres adjoining them. (Milligan, 237).
