  Married: After Milbery's death, Jesse remarried Sarah Miller. In January 1873, Jesse's former stepson, John Overton Anthony filed a petition against Thomas Miller, a brother to Sarah Miller Wright for property owned by his late mother worth $469. When Jesse Wright died, he had left his entire estate to Sarah. Thomas Miller was the executor. The court ordered that the monies be paid. (Casagranda)
