T. was born on Nov. 14, 1990 in Lufkin and had lived near Hemphill in the Gravelhill community. He was a senior at Hemphill High School and a member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Grevelhill. J. T. is survived by his father, Keven White and his wife Kimberly of Gravelhill; his mother, Charlene Howard and her husband Doug of Nacogdoches; great grandparents, Mildred and Jesse Travis of Hemphill; grandmother, Kathleen White of Gravelhill; grandparents Wendy and Kirk Travis of Richmond, VA; three sisters, Chris White and Brianna Smith of Gravelhill, and Candace Howard of Nacogdoches; and four brothers, Zachery Johnson of Beaumont, Jared, Joshua and Carl Howard, all of Nacogdoches. Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 28 in the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church,. Interment followed in the Gravelhill cemetery.
