  Notes	The Sabine County Reporter May 18, 2011, Page 14 Maureen Frances Travis, 97, died Tuesday May 3, 2011, in the Fairview Healthcare Residence in Fairfield, TX. She was born in Sabine County, TX, to Johnnie A. and Allie Humphreys Conn and considered Sabine County her home all her life. She was a member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in the Gravelhill Community near Hemphill. Mrs. Travis is survived by two sons, Tony Coke Travis, Jr. and his wife Dora of New Caney, TX, and Larry Ronald Travis and his wife Mary of Streetman, TX, her daughter Linda Travis Bell of Houston, her brother Jackie Ray Conn of Centennial, CO and her sister Clara Mae Johnson of Orange, TX. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Thursday, May 5, 2011, in the Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr St., Hemphill, TX. Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm, Friday, May 6, 2011, in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Gravelhill Cemetery near Hemphill. Courtesy of Starr Funeral Home website
