  Notes	From FindAGrave: Obit: Duncan Banner Monday July 15, 1968 Death Takes Lottie Kubik Mrs. Lottie Kubik, 73, of 912 Elm, owner and operator of the Lottie K Shop in Duncan since 1956, died in a local hospital at 5 am today following a brief illness. Born May 28, 1895, at Cordell, Mrs. Kubik had been a resident of Duncan since 1921 moving here from Pampa, Texas. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. Her husband, Joe, died in 1958. A son Roderick died in 1965, in Duncan. Survivors include two sons Amos, 221 N Eleventh and Dale, Kenniwick, Washington. Service will be at 2 pm Wednesday in Don Grantham Funeral Chapel with the Rev. T Hollis Epton, pastor First Baptist, officiating. Burial will be in Duncan Cemetery under direction of Don Grantham funeral Home.
