Obituary Florence Beatrice McClelland September 29, 1933 - January 29, 2021 Florence Beatrice McClelland, 87, of Wier Gate, Texas (formerly of Sabine County) passed away Friday, January 29, 2021 (sic) in Hemphill Care Center. Florence was born on January 29, 1933 in Hemphill, Texas to Marion Jacks and Bessie Wood Jacks. She was a lifetime resident of Sabine County and a member of the Baptist faith. She worked for many years as a hairdresser. Florence was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Eausel V. McClelland; her husband of 8 years, Cleburne D. Wells; and her son, Steve McClelland. She is survived by her son, Forrest McClelland and wife, Lynne, of Hemphill; her niece, Sonya Strickland and husband, Mike, of Hemphill; six grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren.
