    Notes 
    • Reyne was born on the same farm north of Milligan where Anna was born. He attended District School #6 with his cousin, Al, who lived with them. After graduating from Exeter High School, Renye attended business college in Lincoln, after which he worked in Alliance, Nebraska and the Lincoln Air Base. He spent two years in the Navy, and then attended the University of Nebraska. He left school early to help his father after he became ill. (Milligan, p 289).

Survivors: wife, Lenora, Friend; son & daughter-in-law, Bob & Jackie, York; daughters & sons-in-law, Maribeth & David Stone, St. Peters, Mo.; Marsha & David Swanstrom, Hastings; sisters-in-law & brother-in-law, Dorothy Rejcha, Beatrice; Leon & Ed Jirak, Boise, Idaho; granddaughters, Michelle Stone, Indianapolis, Ind.; Angela Hass, Salina, Kan. Funeral Services 10:30 a.m. Saturday (8/9/08) at the United Methodist Church, Exeter. Rev. Jeff Adams Officiating. Visitation beginning Friday (8/8/08) 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Farmer Funeral Home, Exeter. Military Graveside Services: Bohemian National Cemetery, Milligan. Memorials to the family.
