"Division of land, 175 acres be for Elizabeth Pitman who was the widow of C.S. Wilkins, and 425 acres to be set aside for *Elizabeth H. Wilkins and Sarah Wilkins who were the only minor heirs of C.S. Wilkins." "Michael Pitman, petitioner states that C.S. Wilkins departed this life in the Summer of 1853, that he left a wife and two children, and states that recently he (Pitman) married the widow."~~~~~~~
