Stedham, 73, Former Dairyman, Dies Daniel Rufus Stedham, 73, Lower Valley, a former dairyman, died Tuesday in a local hospital. Mr. Stedham, who was born in Luling, Texas, came here in 1979. He was a member of the Methodist Church and Knights of Pythias. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ola M. Stedham; two sons, Horace and Earl Stedham; two daughters, Mrs. W.E. HALL and Miss Ozelle Stedham; one brother George Stedham; a sister, Mrs. Viola MAUK, and five grandchildren, all of El Paso. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday in Kaster and Maxon Chapel, with the Rev. A. F. Tucker of Yselta officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery with the Knights of Pythias in charge of graveside services. She further indicated that Daniel and Myrtle were the parents of two additional children, David Brooks and Louise, both of whom died young. David appears to have been a twin to Lucretia "Daniel."
