Obituary The Sabine County Reporter January 10, 2001, Page 11 David Eldon Bragg David Eldon Bragg, 72, of Milam died Friday, Jan. 5, 2001, at Nacogdoches Medical Center. Bragg, born Sept. 5, 1929, in Isla community as a son of the late Bertha (Lord) and Herman Henry Bragg, was a lifelong resident of the Milam area and a retired logger. Survivors: wife, Evelyn Bragg of Milam; sons, Jerry D. Williams of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Rodney Williams Bragg of Huxley and Donnie David Bragg of Yokum; daughters, Martha Lee HAGLER of Milam, Pansy GRAY of Nacogdoches, and Dorothy WEST of Evadale; as brother, Ray BRAGG of Milam; a sister, Mary JONES of Hemphill; 25 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Jan. 7 at the chapel of Starr Funeral Home Inc. in Hemphill with Bro. George Bragg and Bro. Lou Dane officiating. Interment followed at New Hope Cemetery near Milam.
