Harvey is survived by his wife, Helen Herrington of Jasper, Texas; daughters, Ruby Garcia and husband, Lucas of Williston, North Dakota, Kimberly Williams of Jasper, Texas, Rebecca Martin and husband, Shane of Chireno, Texas; grandchildren, Luke Garcia, Michael Garcia and wife Lydia, Matthew Williams, Daniel Garcia, Hannah Martin, Sam Martin, Jesse Garcia, Brayden Williams, Hallie Martin, Marco Garcia and Aubrie Garcia; great grandchildren, Benjamin Garcia, and James Garcia; sisters, Dorothy Tatum of Pineland, Texas, Faye Dickerson of Pineland, Texas, Jeanette Harvey of Center, Texas, Joanna Forse of Pineland, Texas, Colleen Beckham of Hemphill, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Tommy Williams; granddaughter, Kenadee Williams; sisters, Margarette Swartz, Rosie Taylor, and Joyce Dickerson. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr St., Hemphill, Texas. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 19, 2019 at Starr Funeral Home Chapel, 510 Starr St. Hemphill, Texas. Burial will follow services in Pinehill Cemetery in Hemphill, Texas with his grandchildren serving as pallbearers. Condolences may be left and guestbook may be signed at www.starrfuneralhome.com
