Mrs. Agnes Masters Died Here Tuesday
Mrs. Agnes Masters, 78, widow of the late Henry Masters, of Silverwood, passed away here Tuesday morning in the Hutchison convelescent home in Cass City after an illness of two years. The daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred (sic) Karr, she was born Nov. 2, 1865 in Canada and came to this vicinity with her parents when a small child.
Mrs. Masters was a member of the Methodist Church.
Surviving are her two brother, Arthur Karr of Caro and Chas. Karr of Saginaw; and her niece, Mrs. Ruth Walker of Cass City with whom she lived before her illness. She was preceded in death by one son.
The remains were taken to the Karr funeral home in Kingston and funeral services were held on Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Douglas funeral home. Rev. S. P Kirn officiated and burial was made in Elkland cemetery.
