    • Charles McLemore writes that "Uncle James was born in Sheridan KY in 1908,this is where grandma Dora E family lived and after having lost two she went home to KY to have James" Charles also wrote that when James became ill later in life he moved from St. Louis, MO to stay with his brother, Young Jarrell. As he got worse, he moved to South Houston to stay with his sister, Aline McLemore-Jones, who was a nurse.
