  Notes	John W. Clark writes that "Leander Fish was a first cousin [first cousin, once removed] to John Henry Clark of Caddo County, Okla. Leander was the original land owner of Section 20, Township 6N, Range 8W, 160 acres, Drawn 28 Aug. 1901, Certificate no. 2318, El Reno Okla. This place was only about 2 miles east of his cousin's place, 14 miles SE of Chickasha, Okla. Leander and John Henry met in Chickasha, one day in 1901 after many years of seperation from East Texas. They visited often and helped each other with their livestock." John W. Clark indicated, in error, that Leander was the only child of Joseph Fish and Frances Clark.
