  Notes	From FindAGrave: The Decatur Daily -- Tuesday, December 26, 2000 Christine McLemore Looney 74, retired teacher Funeral for Christine McLemore Looney, 74, of Decatur will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Ridout's-Brown Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Hank Smith officiating. Burial will be in Burningtree Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Mrs. Looney died Monday, Dec. 25, 2000, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born Aug. 16, 1926, in Lawrence County to Travis McLemore and Annie Maude Aldridge McLemore. She was a retired school teacher with 32 years of service at Cotaco Elementary School. She was a member of Beltline Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, Walter L. Looney of Decatur; one daughter, Martha Looney Letson of Hartselle; three granddaughters and one great-grandson. Pallbearers will be Greg Taylor, Wade Wilson, Randy Terry, Todd Osborne, Scotty Little and Jeff McCulloch.
