  Notes	Sarah Dianne Wellborn, 47, of Tatum, Texas, died Thursday morning in her home. She was born in San Augustine, Texas, to Marion C. and Sarah Vaughan Jacks. Dianne has lived in Tatum for three years coming from Carthage where she was a member of the Carthage Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by her parents Marion and Sarah Jacks of Tatum, her sons; Jacob Wellborn and Justin Wellborn of Tatum, her daughters; Haylee Nicole Wellborn and Mckenzie Ryan Wellborn of Tatum, her brothers; Ricky Jacks and his wife Kim of Tatum and Larry Jacks and his wife Kelli of Carthage. She is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Visitation will be from 4:00PM until 7:00PM, Sunday, September 21, 2014, in the Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr St., Hemphill, Texas. Funeral services will be at 2:00PM, Monday, September 22, 2014, in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Jacks Cemetery, Pineland, Texas.
