    • At the time of the 1920 census, he was lviing in Crockett County, Texas, as a roomer in the home of Sam and Alice Smith. He was listed as age 29, single, and a leather worked at a saddle shop.

      His Texas Death Certificate shows he was single, and a Saddler in the Saddle Business. He was shown as age 56, with the notation that his exact date of birth, and the name of his parents had been "unable to obtain." Informant was J. M. Dudley of Ozona, Texas. He was buried in Sulphur Springs.
