    • William Byron Warner, Jr., 70, of Milam, died Saturday afternoon in the Vitas Hospice Facility, Shenandoah, Texas. Bill was born in Center, Texas, to Byron and Monnie Lou Vickers Warner. Milam has been his home all his life except for time spent overseas as a supervisor in petroleum production. Bill was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the U.S. Air Force, and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church, Milam, Texas.

      Cremation under the direction of Starr Funeral Home, no services are scheduled.
