His military marker is engraved with a cross, and "Noah Thacker, Texas PFC Co L 141 Infantry World War I PH March 6, 1999 Jan 7 1965." His Texas Death certificate shows his usual occupation as Farmer, Truck Farm. He was shown as married, and veteran of World War I. His parents were listed as John Thacker and Virginia Bullock. Informant was Mrs. Ferrell Smith, relationship not indicated, but presumably his step daugher Audie Rae Smith.
