  Notes	The Sabine County Reporter February 9, 2011, Page 16 Dorothy Maxine Ladner, 92, died Monday, Jan. 31, 2011, after an illness in the Hemphill Care Center. She was born in Hemphill to Joseph D. and Ella May Rice Easley and has lived here all her life. Mrs. Ladner was a member of the Camp Springs Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Leonard Ladner of Hemphill; sisters, Nadine Gary of Hemphill and Della Sue Barrett of Mobile, AL. She is also survived by nine grnadchildren and a number of great grandchildren. Mrs. Ladner was preceded in deah by her husband, Clarence Robert Ladner and her son, Jimmy Roy Ladner. Funeral servives were held Thursday, Feb. 3, in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in the Oakhill Cemetery near Hemphill.
