  Notes	Rayford J. Procella passed away August 8, 2011, at the home of his stepdaughter, Mary Jo and her husband, Ray Racine, in Prosperity, SC. He was born November 22, 1927, in Hemphill, TX, to the late Henry Procella and Marcelina Parrie Procella. He graduated from Hemphill High School and served in the U.S. Army until he retired in 1966. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Martha Amos Procella. They owned and operated Marty's Lunch on Sumter St. until they re-modeled downtown Columbia, SC. He was a cook at Atria for several years. He survived by 4 brothers: Eugene and his wife Euline of Hemphill, TX, Earnest Procella of Orange, TX, Msgr. Paul Procella of New Caney, TX, and Brad Lankford and his wife Donna of Bellville, TX. Also stepgrandchildren, James Racine and Joey Racine of Prosperity, SC, Darlene and her husband Ron Rabine of Monroe, GA; 4 great-grandsons, Mike and Tanya Racine, Nicholas Racine of Prosperity, SC, Ryan and Kira Racine of Newberry, SC, and Joey Racine of Monroe, GA.
