  Notes	Listed on the 1850 Missouri census as a carpenter in LaGrange. In 1860, Winfield and family were farming near LaGrange, probably living on his parents farm as Samuel had retired to LaGrange by then. Somewhere around 1868 Winfield moved farther west in Lewis County to Salem Township with a LaBelle address. He was buried in the Asbury Chapel Cemetery (Ralph Marshall, p 28).
