    • Per SENECA COUNTY, BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCHES, Loudon Township. p 893 "Daniel Cramer, retired, farmer, P.O. Fostoria, was born in York County, Pennsylvania. (He was) reared in his native county, and there received a very limited common school education. He came with his parents to this county in 1838, and was actively engaged in farming up to 1867, when he retired, and now resides with his brother William on the old homestead. He is the only member of the family who has adhered to the German Lutheran Church, of which his parents were life-long members. Politically he has ever been a Democrat."

      At the time of both the 1880 and 1900 census, he is listed in the household of his brother youngest brother, William, as indicated in the above biography.
