The marriage of Ansel to Hannah BENNETT was also referenced in Lois Patterson's VAN PATTEN FAMILY HISTORY, a booklet detailing the descendants of Claas Van Petten, born in 1641. She discusses the ancestry of Hannah in this booklet as well, going back five generations to Claas. It was available online (as of March 2005) at the following URL:
