    Miriam A. Ferguson, age 85, longtime resident of the Rosevine Community, passed from this life in the early morning hours of March 15, 2018, at her beloved home in Rosevine. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018, at the Rosevine United Pentecostal Church, 8285 Gravelhill Road, Bronson, Texas. 75972. Officiating will Bro. Gordon Simmons and Bro. Charles Stephens. Visitation will be Friday evening, March 16, 2018, from the hours of 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Rosevine United Pentecostal Church, 8285 Gravelhill Hill Road, Bronson, Texas 75930. Burial will be in the Rosevine Cemetery in Rosevine in Sabine County, Texas.

    Miriam known as "Myra Mae" was born October 4, 1932. She was a beloved homemaker, a wonderful Mother to her children, and faithful member of the Rosevine United Pentecostal Church in Rosevine where she taught Sunday School for many years to many young people who grew to love and adore her. She attended school in Bronson, where she was active in playing Basketball. For some years, she worked for Temple Inland and the Texas State Forestry, and she was a caretaker. She dearly loved her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren who were the apples of eyes.

    She is survived by, her children, Steve and Tonah Ferguson of Avinger; Vicky and Phil Sublett of San Augustine; Larry and Christina Ferguson of Rosevine; Helen and Kirk Currie of Spring; Rusty and Julie Ferguson of Orange; Patti and Darrick Walker of Pineland; Randy and Tami Ferguson of Rosevine; and daughter-in-law, Tina Ferguson-Adair of Center, along with a host of 26 grandchildren, and 33 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews, along with other family members.

    She is preceded in death by her beloved parents James Thomas Foley and Exa Bell (Roberts) Foley, and husband, Eugene Ferguson on March 1, 2017, and her beloved son, Keith Ferguson; Grandsons, Clay Davis and Randy Watts and Great-grandson, Kane Ferguson; Her beloved siblings, Irene Robinson; J.T. Foley; Bernice Foley; Corlis Foley, Hubert Foley; Jessie Foley; Kenneth Foley; Doris Jean Dement and Dorothy Knight.

    Pallbearers will be Chad Ferguson; Bryan Ferguson, Brandon Sublett; Brock Currie; Hayden Ferguson and Karl Rapsilver. Honorary pallbearers will be Ty Norwood; Seth Ferguson; Zac Ferguson; Josh Ferguson; Garrett Ferguson; Angela Rodell, Exa Melton; Brittney Ferguson; Blake Currie, and Blaine Currie; Keith Ferguson; Abby Ferguson; J.J. Walker; Dylan Walker; Gracie Walker, Michael Ferguson, Robyn Martin, Cody Davis and Meagan Walker.

Eugene (son of James Calvin Ferguson and Reta Ashby) was born on 24 Jan 1927 in Wright City, McCurtain County, Oklahoma; died on 1 Mar 2017 in San Augustine, San Augustine County, Texas; was buried in Rosevine Cemetery, Rosevine, Sabine County, Texas.     Keith Ferguson

    Keith DeWayne Ferguson, 29, of Rosevine died at 1:50 a.m. Thursday, July 13, 1995, at Hermann Hospital in Houston following an accident.

    Born Dec. 22, 1965, Ferguson was a lifelong resident of the Rosevine area and was employed as an electrician with Erected Steel Corp. He was a member of the United Pentecostal Church and a 4-H adult leader.

    Survivors: wife, Tina K. (Hamilton) Ferguson of Rosevine; two children, Michael Bradley Ferguson and Robyn LeeAnn Ferguson, both of Rosevine; parents, Eugene V. Ferguson and Myra Mae (Foley) Ferguson of Rosevine; three sisters and their husbands, Vicky and Phil Sublett of San Augutine, Helen and Kird Currie of Spring, and Pattis and Randy Norwood of Pueblo, Colorado; four brothers and their wives, Steve and Tonah Ferguson and Rusty and Julie Ferguson, both of Beaumont, Larry and Christina Ferguson of Rosevine, and Randy and Tami Ferguson of Okinawa, Japan; parents-in-law of Mayor Robert and Frances Ferguson (sic, s/b Hamilton) of Hemphill; grandmother, Verdell Easley of Hemphill; brother-in-law and wife, Joe and Stacy Hamilton of Hemphill; sisters-in-law, Debra Hamilton of Hemphill and Shannon Minsquero and husband Tony of Houston; 16 nephews; three nieces; and one great-niece.

    Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Rosevine United Pentecostal Church with the pastor, Bro. Charles R. Stephens, and Bro. Wendell Ferguson, pastor of Antioch Baptist Church, officiating. Interment followed at Rosevine Cemeter.

    Pallbearers: Kenneth Ellison, Tony Fuller, Ronny Holmes, Bradley Byley, Brad Easley, Marty Griffin, Jamie Fuller, Scott Morrison, Ricky Oliver, James Womack, Kreah Currie, Harold Maxey, Rodney Davis, Ray Don Phillips, Barry Welch, and Joe Jones.

    Services were handled by Starr Funeral Home Inc in Hemphill.
