Laura Buckmaster notes that "Listed on her tombstone with her maiden name. Her son is with her and listed as "Infant son of Wilma Ruth". She was said to have married a Warren, and her son was William Joseph Warren, born 4 Jun 1957 in Galveston and died in 1958.

Tricia McNaughten Williams notes that she was also the mother of Glenda Sue, Barbara Gayle, and David Michael, all of who were adopted by her parents after she died in 1959.

William Allen McNaughten, age 73 of Buna, Texas died Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Beaumont Baptist Hospital.

Funeral services will be 2pm Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Buna.

Burial will be at Antioch Cemetery in Buna.

Born in Milam, Texas, he had lived in Buna 44 years.

Survivors include his wife, Fay McNaughten of Buna, his son, Terry McNaughten of Buna, his daughter, Trina Honeycutt of Vidor, Texas, his brother, L.J. McNaughten of Silsbee, Texas, his sisters, Florence Wheeler of Buna and Linda Pearl Ruso of Lumberton, Texas and 3 grandchildren.
