    He was a lifelong member of North End Baptist Church.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill Baber, Sr. and Polly Baber; and son, Kenneth Wayne Baber.

    Survivors include his wife of sixty-one years, Verlyn Baber; children, Billy Baber and Sarah Stafford and her husband Larry; grandchildren, Grace Baber, Anna Childs and her husband Patrick, Ellen Baber, Sherry Sherwin and her husband John and David Baber; great grandchildren, Taylor Hughes and Stafford Baber and Matthew Sherwin and numerous other family and friends.
