Mrs. E. Hunter dies Monday

Mrs. Esther Hunter, 84, of Cass City succumbed Monday, April 1, at Providence House following a lengthy illness.

She was born April 17, 1900, in Elkland Township, Tuscola County, the daughter of Walter R. and Myrtle (Karr) Mark.

Miss Mark was married to Robert M. Hunter Sept. 20, 1930 in Lapeer. They came to Cass City in 1946 from Detroit. Mr. Hunter died Nov. 24, 1973.

Mrs. Hunter was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Cass City.

She is survvied by one son, Robert M. Hunter of Cass City; two grandchildren and one brother, Alton Mark of Cass City. One brother, Ernest, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. from Little's Funeral Home, Cass City, with Rev. Harry Cappas, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Elkland Cemetery, Cass City.
