Elizabeth Booth came to Shelby County from Alabama as a child, and lived in Shelby County the rest of her life. She died on a visit to her daughter in Wabash, Arkansas, but her remains were returned for burial in Buena Vista. She was the mother of 17 children.

Elizabeth married Zachariah Booth on 19 Oct 1852 in De Soto Parish, Louisiana. Zachariah was born about 1831 in Georgia; died about 1882; was buried in Buena Vista Cemetery, Timpson, Shelby County, Texas. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
