      Pamela Wood

      Pamela Sue Box Wood, 50, of Nacogdoches died Sept. 26, 2008.

      Pamela was born March 5, 1958, in Nacogdoches and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.

      Survivors, her husband, John C. Wood of Nacogdoches; her mother, Sue J. Bobo Box-Redfield, of Nacogdoches; two sons, John Christopher Wood and wife, Christy Lyn, of Nacogdoches and Chad Clayton Wood and wife, Jamie Alyssa of Nacogdoches; and a brother, David Glenn Box and wife, Cindy of Huntington.

      She was preceded in death by her father, W. O. Box and a brother, Ronald Box.

      Funeral services were held Sept. 28 at Laird Funeral Home chapel in Nacogdoches with Bro. Paul Sevar of Calvary Baptist Church and Bro. Glenn Morton of Pine Park United Pentacostal Church officiating. Interment followed at Sunset Memorial Park.

      Pallbearers: John C. Wood, Chad Wood, Brandon Wood, Matt Wood, Tony Wood, Mitch Kemp, Jerry Lewis and Chris Bailey. Honorary pallbearers: Justin Wood, David Box, and David Rousse.
